Electric 9 - The SnakesThe underground music movement of Sharkarts Records Ltd, comes with this awesome pumping hot sub bass lines and lead synch glide. The three tracks releases clocks in at a weighty 33 minutes, as the label boss takes full advantage of the digital download format and stretches things out. Interminable? To some maybe, but that's hardly the point. "The Snake" are like soups that only get good once they've had the time to absorb the juices of everything around them. Electric 9 sets out lovely beats in each and then sets each to boil slowly, throwing in extra hi-hats here, little nuggets of synthesizer there and awesome six baselines stack layer together to over pump any main dancefloor. Each has the same taste of some of his earliest productions for Sharkarts Digital, taking their power from the microscopic and intricate. "Electric Night Mix" is the more immediate of the three by virtue of the stunning scream of The Snake that bites, that enters into the proceedings up to nine minutes.
